1.25lbs.ground beef
1/4cuponion, chopped
2tsp.minced garlic
1Tbsp.dried basil
1/4tsp.yellow curry powder
1/4tsp.chili powder
2Tbsp.tomato paste
3Tbsp.soy sauce
1/4cuphoney
1/2cupcold water
2tsp.cornstarch
Instructions
In a large skillet, combine the beef, onion, garlic, basil, curry powder, and chili powder. Mix well and fry for 12 minutes on medium to medium-high heat, or until the beef is cooked through. Add the tomato pasta, soy sauce, and honey. Mix the cold water and cornstarch in a separate bowl until the cornstarch is fully dissolved. Add it to the skillet. Continue stirring and cook for an additional 10 minutes. Serve over rice.
